The Saginaw Alumnae Chapter’s Delta D.E.A.R.S. Committee engaged recently in a local community service project. An extensive gift basket give-away allowed sorors to extend outreach and fellowship to a number of Saginaw area senior citizens. Gift baskets included puzzle and coloring books, colored pencils, lotion, lip balm, pens and notebook paper, popcorn, peppermints, socks, a mini flashlight, stain remover and other essential or useful items. Delta D.E.A.R.S. gift basket recipients are pictured below. (Soror Leola Wilson, who is not pictured, also received a basket.) The SAC Delta D.E.A.R.S. Committee thanks all who contributed to making this event a success.
