Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., Saginaw Alumnae Chapter (SAC) members were in the house at the Saginaw Pan-Hellenic annual picnic last month. It was a perfect day at the Dr. Rufus Bradley Sr., Mission in the City Memorial Park, 1401 Janes Street, in Saginaw.
“The park provided the perfect location for Divine Nine Greeks to gather in fellowship this year,” said SAC President Emeritus Georgia Barkley, who was one of SAC’s attending members this year.
Mission in the City (MITC) is the community development arm of the New Life Baptist Church. Its theme is “Restoring our community, one person, one block at a time.”
